The TowelBand offers a unique and specialized way to enhance a variety of Pilates exercises. It is designed to help you engage your core muscles so you can get greater results from the start.
It can be used to assist in shoulder girdle activation together with Pilates abdominal work.

It consists of 6 pockets on either side of a larger central pocket. The length of the TowelBand can accommodate even individuals with very broad shoulders. Unlike other exercise bands (like the Theraband) where you can cheat a little, the TowelBand allows for more stabilization.

Care Instructions: Machine wash on gentle cycle with like-coloured fabrics.
